Do you Believe?

Wait!

What did you think we were going to talk about?

Having faith in oneself can sometimes feel as challenging as encountering an alien. The desire to believe is there, yet it appears nearly impossible to achieve.

Believing in yourself includes

Self worth: you have value as a human being.

Self confidence: positive attitude about your powers and abilities.

Self trust: faith you can rely upon yourself, your instincts and abilities.

Environmental mastery: Believing your efforts will facilitate the changes you desire

Far too often when we set goals in our personal or professional life we look at it and say, “Ah, that’s impossible. I can’t do that. How can I do this. (know that I am tapping right now as I write this) We think we are alone in in these thoughts. We are not. I want to give a shout out to Vinh Giang @askvinh.

The moment we perceive something as impossible, we often hesitate to even make an attempt. It's crucial to recognize when this self-doubt creeps in and takes hold before makes you begin scrolling and prevents you from moving forward.

"I am apprehensive. It didn't succeed yesterday, last year, the last time." Such thoughts may be lingering in your subconscious, emitting a frequency that hinders your progress. Even if you muster the courage to take the initial step, the resonance of self-doubt and disbelief can be palpable to those involved in your venture.

Tap. Everyday. Tap. Tap into your potential. Tap and release your limiting beliefs. I can't stress it enough. While it might sound repetitive, repetition is how we internalize positive habits. Engage in consistent positive actions, allowing yourself to explore and address the deeper emotions, imbalances, and negative beliefs that your subconscious and physical body may be holding onto. These could be the very factors preventing you from confidently taking those crucial first, second, and third steps forward.

"Struggling to discover your self-belief or unsure of where to start? That's where I step in. Bring your goals, and I'll identify any obstacles, helping you not only overcome them but also achieve more."

One on One Local and Remote sessions as well as group sessions available.

Have a wonderful day!
