How to take care of yourself daily.

If you only do one thing today, BREATHE

The alarm blares, and our reflex is to reach for our phone, grab a cup of coffee, turn on the news, and kick off our day with a sense of nervous anticipation.

But why? Have you ever considered that this routine is a choice, and what do you believe you'll achieve by starting your day in this manner?

Picture this alternative for tomorrow:

As the alarm goes off (if you still need it), resist the urge to jump out of bed. Instead, sit up slowly, drape your legs over the side of the bed and focus on your breath for a whole minute. A minute may feel like an eternity, especially if your subconscious is already in overdrive. If needed, use tapping to disrupt this automatic pattern, paving the way for a subtle change.

Consciously breathe through your nose, inhaling silently for 3 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds. Feel the breath travel down into the depths of your lungs, allowing your abdomen and lower back to gently expand. Observe how this motion influences your pelvis and sends a soothing ripple down the fronts and backs of your legs, all the way to the soles of your feet. Take a moment to wiggle your toes and set a positive tone for the day.

Commit to practicing this routine for seven days. If necessary, incorporate tapping to embed this change into your unconscious. Find the tapping protocol by clicking here, and make it a part of your daily routine.

Should you require additional support, consider joining the I Love Myself Group Healing classes. Held on Zoom for your comfort, these classes are recorded, allowing you to benefit even if the live sessions don't align with your schedule. Here's what one participant had to say:

I love that I was able to go home and listen to all the goodness I missed from the live! My shoulder does not hurt, my back is happy and I feel like I could just float off to rest. I feel grounded and peaceful. Thanks Kim! This was a joy to be a part of!” Mama Parker

CLICK HERE for the link to join. Monday and Tuesday 5PM PST, Wednesday and Thursday 8am PST.

Of course one on one sessions are still available locally in the beautiful Carson Valley or through zoom.

When you set the intention (and tap) EVERYTHING can and will change.
